U.S. GSA - “Best in Customer Satisfaction” Designation 2011 - 2005

  • For the second year in a row, Arpin International Group received the highest Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score out of the nation’s six major international freight forwarders as determined by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). For the period 11.01.10-10.31.11, Arpin received a CSI score of 101.84. Arpin Van Lines also ranked in the top five in the domestic van line category with a CSI score of 96.67.
  • For four years in a row, Arpin Van Lines received the highest Customer Satisfaction Index score out of the nation’s eight top van lines as determined by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) - 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006.

  • Winner of “Raving Fan” award (Weichert’s Trademark Quality Program) - 2010, 2008, 2007.
  • “Domestic Move Coordinator of the Year” award presented to an Arpin employee - 2010, 2008, 2007.
  • “International Move Coordinator of the Year” award presented to an Arpin employee - 2010.
  • “Balanced Scorecard Supplier Network Champion” award - 2010, 2008.
  • “Weichert Move Network Partner of the Year” award - 2010, 2008, 2007.
  • “Next Practices Leadership” award was presented to Arpin in March 2009 for demonstrating the ability to look beyond the way things have always been done to continuously improve, refine, and rethink the means by which the company meets its workforce mobility objectives.
  • Voted #1 in Customer Satisfaction by Weichert’s clients - 2007.

BP - Global Service Award Ceremonies 2010 - 2007

  • BP Regional/Local Vendor Award was presented to Creative Storage Solutions (CSS), an Arpin Group Company, for continuously providing BP with the highest level of service and commitment to its highest quality standards - 2010.
  • Teresa Denholm, a CSS employee, was recognized for saving BP thousands of dollars in storage costs - 2010.
  • Creative Storage Solutions was voted as the “Top Supplier” in June 2009 for the first quarter of the same year as a result of an internal survey among BP’s mobility specialists and managers. The winner was chosen among 32 other vendors within the global energy giant’s international relocation supply chain.
  • “Vendor of the Year” award was presented to Arpin International Group in 2007.
  • “Outstanding Service by an Individual” award presented to an Arpin International Group employee in 2007.

Cartus – Awards Ceremonies 2010 - 2006

  • The “Commitment to Excellence” Gold award was presented to Arpin Van Lines for the second year in a row. This award recognizes a supplier’s measurable commitment to excellence and Top Block service scores based on multiple network-specific criteria - 2010, 2009.
  • The “Commitment to Excellence” Gold award was presented to Arpin International Group for providing superior quality international moving services to its global clientele - 2010.
  • “Voice of the Customer” award was presented to Arpin International Group on behalf of Cartus’ clients General Electric and Raytheon. This award recognizes international and U.S. domestic moving and destination services providers who consistently demonstrate the highest performance to client-specific transferring employees. Both GE and Raytheon selected Arpin as one of its top three suppliers - 2010, 2008.
  • The “Supplier Quality Innovation” Gold award was presented in 2009 to Arpin Group for its waste reduction and recycling program.
  • The “Supplier Quality Innovation” Silver award was presented to Arpin Group in 2009 for providing multinational corporations and third party mobility specialists with an efficient, cost-effective solution to manage global storage data.
  • The “Commitment to Excellence” Silver award was presented to Arpin Van Lines in 2008 and 2006, showing the company’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • The “Supplier Quality Innovation” Silver award was presented to Arpin Van Lines in 2008 for providing innovative moving solutions to Cartus’ customers.
  • Arpin Group and its employees were recognized in 2007 with the “Delivering More” award for providing Cartus and its clients with outstanding customer service.

  • The “World of Quality-Commitment to Partnership” award was presented to Arpin International Group for performance excellence in global mobility.

ABC6 and Rhode Island News Channel 5 - 2009

  • The “Green Conscious Company of the Year” award was conferred upon Arpin Group in September 2009. Arpin Group and its subsidiaries were singled out for practicing environmental stewardship and for seeking to positively transform the moving and storage industry through its numerous green initiatives.

Logistics Management Magazine - Award Ceremony 2009

  • Arpin Van Lines was voted “Best Overall” Household Goods and High Value Goods Carrier as voted on by the readers of Logistics Management Magazine – June 2009.
  • Voted #1 in the categories of “Value” and “Information Technology”; honored as a top-rated carrier for “On-time Performance,” “Customer Service,” and “Equipment and Operations” – June 2009.

Parsifal Corporation - Benchmarking Report 2009 - 2008

  • Every year, Parsifal Corporation, widely acknowledged as the most experienced and reputable auditing company in the relocation industry performs thousands of surveys on U.S. domestic carrier service quality. For 2009 and 2008, Arpin Van Lines received the highest honor in level of service and made its Benchmarking Report.
